Secure File Transfer in Your Own AWS Account.
Secure file transfer for teams that cannot use SaaS file sharing.
Sendless sends large files with expiring, password-protected links and collects files from anyone, with no third party in between. It deploys into your own AWS account with one click and runs entirely on native AWS services, so your files never leave your account. The Community edition is free and open source; Sendless Pro adds single sign-on, malware scanning, an audit log, policies and your own branding.

Start Free with the Community Edition
Sendless Community is free and open source under the Apache-2.0 license. Install it in about five minutes: choose your Region, enter the administrator's email address and launch the stack.

Best Practices & Insights From Our Blog

How to Deploy
1) Install Sendless from sendless.cloud: choose your Region and launch the CloudFormation stack
2) Sign in as administrator and invite your team
3) For Pro, subscribe on AWS Marketplace and paste the license key from our email under Admin → License
No servers to manage. Delete the stack and everything is gone.

Transparent Flat Fee Pricing
The Community edition is free. Sendless Pro costs USD 1,399 per year, billed through AWS Marketplace, and one license covers as many installations as you like: production, testing, other Regions or other teams. There are no per-user or usage-based fees from us, with unlimited users, files and downloads. AWS bills the infrastructure your installations use (S3, Lambda, CloudFront, DynamoDB) directly to your account. Need a different contract? Read the Sendless documentation

Does Sendless run as a SaaS?
No. Sendless runs entirely in your AWS account. After deployment, all components are owned and managed by you.
Where are files stored?
In an Amazon S3 bucket in your own AWS account, in the Region you choose.
Does any data leave my AWS account?
No. Files go straight from the browser to your S3 bucket and back. There is no telemetry, and Pro license keys are checked offline.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Enter a name such as files.example.com and a certificate from AWS Certificate Manager when you launch the stack, then point a CNAME record to CloudFront.
Is this suitable for regulated environments?
Yes. Sendless is designed for environments with strict security, compliance or audit requirements. Sendless Pro adds single sign-on, malware scanning, an audit log and policies.
Can I remove the solution later?
Yes. Delete the CloudFormation stack. Sendless empties its buckets first, so nothing is left behind in your account.
What is the difference between Community and Pro?
Both editions run from the same template. Community is free and open source. A Pro license key adds single sign-on, malware scanning, the audit log, policies and your own branding, without reinstalling.
How many installations does one Pro license cover?
As many as you like: production, testing, other Regions or other teams, all for USD 1,399 per year.
